A Pathway to Excellence (APTE) is an expanding phlebotomy training facility located in Greenville, NC. Founded by the Executive Program Coordinator, Mrs. T Godard, M.S., BSMT, MLT(ASCP)cm, while working as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist she noticed a need for an extensive course to effectively nurture and cultivate the minds of aspiring phlebotomist or refine the skills of existing healthcare workers.

 

Tonette Godard brings over twenty (20) years of clinical laboratory and healthcare experience, including extensive expertise in phlebotomy, specimen processing, laboratory operations, and competency-based healthcare education.

 

As Founder and Program Director of APTE Academy, she oversees curriculum development, instructional standards, student competency validation, institutional compliance, and certificate authorization.

 

All instructional personnel utilized by APTE

Academy must demonstrate appropriate healthcare experience consistent with the subject matter being taught and must meet institutional approval standards
