$500 Tuition balance due on or before the first day of class

Tuition does not include:

National certification exam fees
Background check, drug screen, or immunizations (if required by externship facility)
CPR certification (if required by facility)

Policy

Non-Refund Policy

All payments made to APTE Academy are non-refundable.

The $200 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Student withdrawal
Failure to attend
Failure to meet program requirements
Dismissal for policy violations
Personal scheduling conflicts

The remaining tuition balance is also non-refundable once the student has:

Been accepted into the cohort
Secured a seat in a limited enrollment class

Because APTE Academy operates with limited cohort sizes and reserves instructional resources per enrolled student, tuition payments are considered payment for reserved educational space.
